Genesis 16:1-16, Pastor Dzimbiri explains really well about the grace of God upon his people in the midst of their mistakes. Genesis chapter 16 has a story that ends by exposing the mistake that Abraham did. This is shown when Sarai tells Abraham that he should marry another woman so as to have a child which was against the promises of God. Abraham listened to his wife’s voice and did what was bad. This reminds us of the garden of Eden where Adam listened to his wife’s voice and did what was bad. But though that is what happens, God pours down his grace upon Abraham. Same with us today Christians, we make mistakes in many ways and we feel frustrated. But the grace of God should give us the strength to confess our sins and repent and follow Jesus. Pastor Dzimbiri adds; listening to your wife is a good thing but only when she speaks what is in line with God most high
