Iye akuwatsimikizira kuti monga iwo ndi ophunzira ake, azazunzidwa, anthu azalimbana nawo ndipo ena mwa iwo azaphedwa chifukwa cha Yesu Khristu. Koma kodi akuyenera kudandaula ndi zimenezi? Ayi! M’malomwake Yesu akuwawuza kuti amakhala osangalala pamene izi ziwachitikira. Yesu akumaliza m’mavesi awiriwa motere “sangalalani ndipo kondwerani, popeza mphoto yanu ndi yayikulu kumwamba. Chifukwa momwenso ndi momwe anazunzira aneneri inu musanabwere.” Okhulupirira weniweni chidwi chake chimakhala pa mphoto imene Yesu akuyankhula mumavesi awa. Ndipo imayenera kumupanga kukhala osangalala. Izi zimaperekanso mphamvu kwa onse omwe akuchitira umboni wa Yesu kumaiko omwe amalesa kutero. Izi zimawapangitsa kularikira molimba mtima.
Matthew 5:11-12 Jesus has now shifted his focus. He now tells his disciples that happy are you when people say bad things about you or persecute you. In verses preceding these two verses, Jesus has only used this language ‘happy are those’ but now for a change he says ‘happy are you’ referring to his disciples even including himself. In simple terms, Jesus assures his disciples and even his followers that they will be persecuted and people will go against them and even kill them because of Jesus Christ. But should they despair because of this? No! Instead Jesus tells them that they are happy when that happens to them. Jesus concludes these two verses by saying that “be glad and rejoice, because your reward is great in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” One who is a true believer focuses much on the prize that Jesus speaks of in the Bible and that is what should make him/her happy. This is also a way of drawing strength, especially to those who are in countries which opposes the witnessing of the suffering of Jesus Christ. This should make them bold in preaching the gospel in such countries.
